Additionally contained in this new document drop appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.
Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had created development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by building living quarters, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a reservoir.
You can see the plan is a local waterway, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the bottom right.
This development map is marked up in notations in red and features a notes section labelling various parts of the land.
Alongside this are what look to be an additional nine site drawings and architectural plans, featuring designs for marina coverings.
